Thank you for choosing Ballistic. We know there are many companies you can choose and we’re happy and thankful to work with you. We’re sure you will love your Ballistic kits. Here’s the process:
Step 1 – Idea
This is all you. Talk to your Ballistic Kits representative about what you want to look like when you’re out there playing your favorite sport. Your rep can help you, so bounce your thoughts and ideas back and forth if you’d like.
Step 2 – Design
Of course, you can design it yourself and skip this step. But, we’re happy to design it for you and we’re not charging you anything extra so take advantage of our experienced graphic artists. You will go back and forth with your rep until you like what you see.
Step 3 – Production
Once you approve a final design and make the payment deposit, it goes to our factory and we make it for you.
Step 4 – Finish
We ship your Ballistic kits directly from our factory to you. Please inspect them to make sure all is correct.
Time Frame:
Steps 1 & 2 are yours, so feel free to take as long as you want, we won’t rush you. Also, please be patient understanding that our reps work with many other clubs like you and they probably need a day to return calls and emails. Steps 3 & 4 are on us, from the time we have received your approval for the final design and your payment deposit until you have your kits in your hands it take a maximum of four weeks.
Payment:
Before we start production we ask you to make a payment deposit of 50% of total cost. The remaining 50% you can pay us upon delivery.
